Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of PDFHTML5, available at https://pdfhtml5.com/.
PDFHTML5 provides online tools that may allow users to upload PDF files, create digital flipbooks, publish documents, maintain profiles, extract document text, and share publications online.
By accessing or using PDFHTML5, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with them, you should not use the service.
1. PDFHTML5 Services
PDFHTML5 is an independent digital publishing platform.
Features may include PDF uploading, flipbook conversion, publication hosting, text extraction, document sharing, public profiles, publication management, and related digital-publishing tools.
Features may be added, changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued as the platform develops.
The availability of a feature does not create a permanent obligation to continue offering it.
2. Eligibility
You may use PDFHTML5 only when you are legally permitted to enter into an agreement and use online services under the laws applicable to you.
If you use PDFHTML5 for a company, organization, school, publisher, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to use the service on its behalf.
3. User Accounts
Some features may require an account.
You are responsible for:
-
Providing reasonably accurate account information
-
Protecting your password and login credentials
-
Maintaining control of your account
-
Keeping account details reasonably current
-
Activities carried out through your account
You must not obtain access to another person's account without authorization.
Please notify PDFHTML5 through the Contact Us page if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your Content
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in PDFs, text, images, designs, publications, and other original content you upload to PDFHTML5.
Uploading content does not transfer ownership of your underlying intellectual property to PDFHTML5.
However, PDFHTML5 requires limited permission to process and display content in order to provide the service.
When you upload or publish content, you grant PDFHTML5 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, to host, store, process, reproduce, convert, format, generate previews from, extract text from, transmit, display, and distribute that content according to the publication settings you select.
This permission is intended to enable normal platform operations. It does not give PDFHTML5 ownership of your original work.
5. Your Responsibility for Uploaded Content
You are responsible for material submitted through your account.
By uploading or publishing content, you represent that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, or other lawful authority necessary to use that material in the manner selected.
Do not assume that material is free to reuse merely because it can be found online.
You must not upload or publish material that unlawfully infringes another person's:
-
Copyright
-
Trademark
-
Patent
-
Privacy rights
-
Publicity rights
-
Confidential information
-
Contractual rights
-
Other intellectual-property or legal rights
6. Copyrighted Material
PDFHTML5 respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same.
You may upload copyrighted material when you own the necessary rights or otherwise have lawful authorization to use it.
You must not use PDFHTML5 primarily to distribute unauthorized copies of books, magazines, paid reports, courses, research publications, photographs, software manuals, subscription materials, or other protected works.
PDFHTML5 may remove or restrict access to content following a credible infringement report or when other circumstances reasonably indicate infringement.
Accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement may be suspended or terminated.
7. Trademark Rights
You must not use PDFHTML5 to impersonate a company, create a misleading association with another organization, sell counterfeit goods, misuse another party's trademarks, or falsely suggest sponsorship, authorization, partnership, or endorsement.
A user's use of a brand name within a publication remains that user's responsibility.
PDFHTML5 may investigate trademark complaints and may restrict or remove material when appropriate.
8. PDFHTML5 Brand and Intellectual Property
The PDFHTML5 website design, original interface elements, software, platform code, proprietary graphics, branding, and original website materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, misrepresent, or commercially exploit protected elements of the PDFHTML5 service.
Nothing in these Terms grants permission to falsely represent yourself as PDFHTML5 or as an authorized PDFHTML5 partner.
9. Independent Platform Notice
PDFHTML5 is an independent digital publishing service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, PDFHTML5 is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, operated by, or connected with any other PDF converter, flipbook publisher, document-hosting service, software company, or digital publishing platform.
Third-party company names, product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
References to a third party, where legitimately necessary, do not by themselves imply an affiliation or endorsement.
10. Public Publications
Content designated as public may be accessible without an account.
Public content may be crawled, indexed, cached, linked, embedded, or otherwise discovered by search engines and third parties.
You should not publish confidential or sensitive information through a public publication.
Changing or deleting a publication on PDFHTML5 does not guarantee immediate removal from search-engine results or copies independently maintained by third parties.
11. Extracted PDF Text
PDFHTML5 may process or extract text, links, images, metadata, or other information from uploaded documents in order to provide viewing, accessibility, publication, discovery, indexing, or related functions.
You represent that PDFHTML5 may lawfully perform this processing on content you submit.

13. Spam and Search Manipulation
PDFHTML5 is intended for genuine publishing, document sharing, and flipbook creation.
Users must not use the platform to create doorway pages, deceptive redirects, automatically generated spam, keyword-stuffed documents, scraped publications, link schemes, mass duplicate publications, or other content intended primarily to manipulate search or recommendation systems.
Content may be restricted or removed when its primary purpose appears to be platform abuse or search manipulation.
14. Malware and Unsafe Files
PDFHTML5 may use automated or manual processes to identify suspicious files or activity.
We may block uploads, restrict access, remove publications, or suspend accounts where content or activity creates a reasonable security concern.
Automated security systems are not guaranteed to detect every harmful file.
Users should exercise normal care when accessing content or following external links.
15. Content Moderation
PDFHTML5 is not obligated to pre-approve every user submission.
We may investigate content following automated signals, user reports, legal requests, security concerns, or other information.
Where permitted by law, PDFHTML5 may remove, restrict, disable, de-index, or refuse content that violates these Terms or presents a meaningful risk to users or the platform.
16. Copyright and Intellectual-Property Complaints

Nothing in this section prevents PDFHTML5 from following a legally required notice-and-takedown process applicable to its operations.
17. Repeat Infringement
PDFHTML5 may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly publish infringing content or repeatedly violate intellectual-property rights.
The appropriate response may depend on the circumstances, seriousness of the conduct, applicable law, and information reasonably available to PDFHTML5.
18. Third-Party Links and Content
PDFHTML5 publications may contain external links and third-party materials.
PDFHTML5 does not automatically endorse, verify, approve, or guarantee third-party websites merely because they are linked from a publication.
Users access external websites at their own discretion and subject to the terms and policies of those services.
19. Availability and Storage
We work to maintain a useful and reliable publishing service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Temporary interruption may result from:

Network problems
-
Hosting failures
-
Security events
-
Technical errors
-
Legal requirements
-
Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Users should retain their own backup copies of important original documents.

20. Changes to Publications or Accounts
Users may be able to edit or remove publications through account tools.
PDFHTML5 may also remove or disable content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to a legal obligation, protect users, preserve security, or prevent abuse.
